what I wear when I run.

So what type of hats and gloves do I use? As far as hats go a regular winter hat should work, something like a balaclava. Or I don’t want to wear a hat, placing a large headband over my ears usually does the trick.  As far as gloves go, I don’t want to wear anything too thick. I usually wear a thin pair of driving gloves. I usually like to listen to music when I run. However, since i need to be able to hear cars coming I either play my music low or only put one earbud in. especially if i’m running with my dog. That way I can make sure she doesn’t run out in front of the car.
