I recently got a Peloton. I took a little while to get used to, but once I did, a whole new realm of biking opened up. The Peloton keeps track of not only how far you have biked, but also how much work you put into it. I usually just do a random scenic ride on the Peloton. But when I do that I end up racing people who are biking the same course. However, the Peloton has devised a clever way to help people get exercise. The race is based not on your speed but how much work you put into biking. As a result I end up getting a much better workout than I originally intended to. I like the Peloton a lot because it pushes me to work harder. Instead of being worn out I feel encouraged to keep biking. I have definitely had a good experience with the Peloton, and recommend it to anyone who runs or bikes.
