Mari Knehans

“Good writing is supposed to evoke sensation in the reader–not the fact that it is raining, but the feeling of being rained upon.” This quotation by E.L. Doctorow is a goal for Mari Knehans as a new and aspiring member of the Wildcat Roar. She would not say that she is a natural born writer, but Mari is more than willing to take on any challenge put in front of her. Mari enjoys writing stories on topics she is passionate about and strives to induce these same emotions in her readers. Many of these topics include activities that she is involved in such as volleyball, choir, and student leadership. Be prepared to cry, laugh, and sigh when reading her articles because that is exactly what she strives to do.
